What shipping methods are availbale?

We use the United State post office or DHL. To see a list of countries we do not ship to due

Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to process. This doesn’t take into account
holidays or weekends.

US ORDERS

Delivery times can take 2-5 business days on a usual basis. More than a
week does happen on rare occasions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery times can take 15-30+ business days. This is only
applicable towards apparel & stickers. Patches, pins, and keychains will not be shipped
internationally at this time. Deeply sorry about that.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any other fees such as duties, taxes, and custom fees. This
includes VAT (Value Added Tax) for European Union orders. Any such fees is the
responsibility of the buyers. Please check with your post office to see if this applies to you
before ordering. If you refuse a package due to not paying these fees when applicable, you
will be expected to pay for shipping again once the rejected package is back in my hands.
There are no refunds so please make sure to pay any fees. Please also double check
your address before submitting your order for international.

RETURNS

All sales are final

You may not cancel or change the items of your order once they have
been finalized and confirmed. If there are any issues, please contact me.
Please make sure to triple check your order before finalizing it.
It is very important that you ensure your name and address is correct so that your order
gets to the right address.

Patches

All patches are sold as is. There is a potential that patches are sold with a small blemish. Unfortunately, patches are not always to be perfect and I do try and make them to be as perfect as possible. Specifically listed blemished patches will be sold with an identifiable blemish. There are no returns or exchanges. If there is an issue please contact me.

Pins

All pins are sold as is. All pins are made by hand which entails there is a chance there comes with the potential of blemishes. Specifically listed blemished pins will be sold with an identifiable blemish. There are no returns or exchanges. If there is an issue please contact me.

Incorrect or incomplete address

It is extremely important you double check your address inputting it in. I can’t really do much
if the address is incorrect. That will be specifically on. There are limited edition items that
can not be retrieved once sent out. Please double check your address.

We are not responsible for addresses with gate or door codes

Your postal carrier is
unable to see any notes you include with your order (ie. gate code is 1234). Please
communicate directly with your USPS postal carrier regarding gate or door codes that are
needed in order to get access your location.

Stolen or misdelivered orders

If your package gets misdelivered by the postal service or gets stolen, we are unable to
refund you. File an online request a USPS to begin a search for the missing item and to get
the local post office involved. If after 7 days the package is not found, the next step is to
submit a Missing Mail Search Request.
