Howdy, everyone! Here’s all you need to know about Screw Looses' shipping policies, product details, and more. I manage this shop while working a regular 40+ hour week, so please bear with me if your order takes a bit of time to go out! Now, let’s break down what to expect:

Shipping & Processing Times

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are generally shipped on Saturdays or Mondays. I work hard to get everything out as quickly as possible!
  • Separate Packages: To protect items in transit, apparel, stickers, patches, and other items may be shipped separately. So, you might get a few packages from me—consider it a surprise!

Product-Specific Shipping Details

Apparel

  • Items: T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more.
  • Processing Time: Apparel may take up to a week to ship, so your patience is appreciated!
  • Shipping Costs: Free within the United States! International shipping is available, though rates vary.

Stickers

  • Made in-house and shipped weekly, typically on Saturdays or Mondays.
  • Shipping Days: I try my best to get these out as quickly as possible, but keep the shipping day in mind for planning.

Patches, Pins, and Keychains

  • Shipping: These items are packed in padded envelopes for safety.
  • International Shipping: Currently, I don’t ship these internationally, but if you’re interested, feel free to reach out.
  • Shipping Costs: No free shipping on these items, but I strive for affordable rates within the U.S.

Product Grading Information

Patches

  • Types: Patches are available in sub-dye, embroidery, woven, and more.
  • Imperfections: While I aim for quality, patches may have minor flaws. Any patch with noticeable defects will be clearly listed for transparency. Got questions? Just contact me!

Pins

  • Handcrafted Quality: Pins are made by hand, so minor imperfections are natural. I grade these to ensure transparency:
    • Standard Grade (A/B): Regular quality with slight imperfections.
    • "Shadow Realm" (C or Below): Pins with noticeable flaws sold at a discount. First-come, first-served—no exceptions!
