📦 SHIPPING TIME

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on volume and my full-time work schedule (yep, I work 40+ hours a week!). Thanks for your patience, I appreciate you!

I ship through USPS for domestic orders, and USPS or UPS for international ones.

  • U.S. shipping: Please allow 5–7 business days after tracking is sent.

  • International shipping may take longer due to location and customs.

🚨 Once packages are handed off to USPS/UPS, I’m not responsible for delays or lost shipments, I appreciate your understanding!


⏳ PRE-ORDERS

What does it mean to pre-order?
Pre-orders are items still in production, buying one means you’re reserving yours early. I won’t rush quality, so thanks in advance for waiting! Follow us on Discord / Instagram for updates.

📦 Pin Pre-Orders generally take 3–4 months, with possible variations of 1–2 months to be produced.  Orders are packed in the order they’re received. Thank you for your patience!

📦 If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they’ll ship together once everything is ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? Please place a separate order!


📌 PIN GRADING & TIMELINES

Are enamel pins graded?
Yes, sort of! All pins are handmade and due to their handmade nature, some slight blemishes / imperfections may occur. I don’t use a formal grading system, but I only ship pins that meet my personal quality standards. If something seems way off, please reach out, we’ll sort it out!


🏠 ADDRESS CHANGES

Can I update my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, especially pre-orders, yes! Use the Contact Form and include:
• Your updated full address
• All related order numbers

Once a package has shipped, I can’t make changes. If it gets returned to me, you’ll need to cover the reshipping cost.


💸 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
All sales are final. Most items are limited edition, so cancellations and refunds aren’t available.

🔁 If something arrives defective, please contact me! If I can, I’ll replace the item or refund that part of your order.


🔐 DISCOUNT CODES

Can I use more than one code at checkout?
Nope, discount codes can’t be stacked. Each one comes with its own terms, so be sure to check the details before using it.


🩵 STICKER APPLICATION

How do I apply my sticker?
To get the best results, follow these steps:
• Apply onto a clean, dry surface
• Peel the transfer tape with the sticker and align it to your desired location
• Use a squeegee (or a card / hand) to press the sticker smoothly and remove any air bubbles
• Slowly peel off the transfer tape, leaving the sticker on the surface

👕 APPAREL CARE

How do I care for my shirt?
To keep your print looking great:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Avoid high heat when drying

Washing and wear will naturally affect the graphic over time, but following these steps helps it last longer.
